Sea waves, a fluctuating movement with a broken rhythm. Sometimes I think of a sea cry; other times a soft moan, as if the sea were holding back its scream under the violence of the wind. Always different emotions that emerge when looking at the sea, like the smile that comes from its being flat like a smooth table. And emotions are always evidence of life, of movements of the soul, of thoughts that flow. And the sea can be a mirror of everything. For all this I believe that even painting the sea is born from an intimate need to tell oneself in the shapes and colors that run through the waves. Those same waves that I would like to detach from the canvas to be the genesis of new emotions in those who look at them, the waves.
