Unconsciously, in our life we look for a point that is a certain reference for us; marriage, work, a child. Something that is absolutely certain. And this need is even stronger when instead only a void seems to open up before us. But even the void is often only apparent, created by ourselves, by our fears, uncertainties, anxieties. From these reflections my painting was born, a large white sea that almost seems like you could walk on it in an unconscious search for simply a point to hold on to in order to give meaning to our days.
