“OcchiArsi” is the image of Envy. Faces are eliminated and only the eyes remain to watch, scrutinize, judge. Inside offices or on a stage, in a shop or walking down the street. Envy is instinctive. There is no elaboration. It is an unconscious sin but it often turns into small acts of malice that can affect us or the person towards whom the small malice is directed. Yes, envy is instinctive, but if we don’t know how to control it, it turns us into worse people.
